You have to choose someone to send your letter. Then you have to write a greeting and a farewell. You can write something like this:
Querido (friend):

¿Cómo estás?

Hoy te escribo para contarte que fui a ver al doctor, porque no me sentía bien. Él me preguntó sobre mis síntomas. Yo le conté que me siento con fiebre, cansado y a veces me duele la garganta. Él me examinó con su estetoscopio, su termómetro y sus guantes. (here you should use the vocabulary you learned).
Para eso me hizo recostarme en una camilla y destaparme el pecho. ¡Sí que estaba frío ese estetoscopio!
Al final, me diagnosticó gripe y me mandó a tomar varios medicamentos.
Creo que ya me estoy curando. Espero que pronto me sienta mejor. ¿Y tú qué me cuentas?
