Ideas for a dramatic scene for English? I have to write a single dramatic scene in the form of a play for my English class, and I'm really falling behind in that class because I haven't come up with a single good idea yet. Can anyone give me some ideas?
hmm.... dramatic, do you have some ideas not of a whole play but a part?
@dinorap1
What kind of genre? and how long?
I'm supposed to write only one scene of a play, and it's supposed to have some drama in it. Sorry, I didn't see your reply until now... It can be any genre I think, and I think the minimum is 2 pages long.
@LittleNinja
Well anything can be dramatic. Personally i'd find some way to make a Dramatic scene about a lonely taco, unwanted by the world, contemplating suicide, till Someone saves him, and he is consumed. And lives hapily ever after for about an hour :)
still dont know what to write about?
@YoloShroom Uhhhhhh... @MasterHXR Nope, not a clue. I was maybe thinking about a scene where some city person gets lost in the woods, a bunch of tense moments happen, they see a pack of hungry dogs, and it turns out to be a guy on a sled with huskies. I dunno, just an idea...
Sounds more adventurous to what you described
More like, a rumor spread in school, everyone including "bob" heard about it. "someone kissed his mom on front of the school!". bob laughs, then he realizes he kissed his mom that day. DUN DUN DUN...
So, what I'm thinking is mystery and suspense all the way up to the climax of the story. Then find some way to fix it
a detective, old and a frikn badas, finds out his family is TAKEN. DUN DUN DUN AGAIN
@MasterHXR It doesn't have to be that long though. The sample story was really boring, but I wanna do something more adventurous, like you said. Don't you think my idea's alright? Some guy gets lost in the forest, has no idea how to survive, is desperate for civilization, and has a lot of scary close calls, like seeing freshly killed dead animals or something. Then when he hears a bunch of barking and howling and hears a bunch of animals running towards him, he thinks he's dead for sure, but then he sees that they're sled dogs. Do you think that's an okay idea?
