OpenStudy (sallymeow1):

Hello. I am studying x and y intercepts. What is y in 3x - 6y = -3? I think x = (-1,0) but I am unsure about y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the -3 would be the y axis

OpenStudy (zpupster):

when x=0 3(0) - 6y = -3 solve for y when y = 0 3x - 6(0) = -3 solve for x

OpenStudy (zpupster):

here on a graph at desmos.com

OpenStudy (sallymeow1):

Thank you for explaining it to me :)
