Describe how force and momentum are involved with one complete swing of a pendulum starting from the time it is released until it completes one swing .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A pendulum is a weight suspended from a pivot so that it can swing freely. For example: Tie a stone with a string. Hold the string in your hand and let the stone hang from it. Now, pull the stone to one side with the other hand and let it go. This is a pendulum motion.[1] When a pendulum is displaced sideways from its resting, equilibrium position, it is subject to a restoring force due to gravity that will accelerate it back toward the equilibrium position
