PLEASE HELP ME AND CHECK MY WORK!! WILL MEDAL AND FAN!! thx

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

I think it is A

OpenStudy (gabebae):

I'm going with B

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

Why? Can you explain?

OpenStudy (gabebae):

three is multiplying the sum itself

OpenStudy (anonymous):

english is not math, it is ambiguous if it means take a number, add 4, then multiply by 3 it would be \[3(n+4)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is for certain B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is probably what it means, but it is written in a confusing manner

OpenStudy (gabebae):

good job @satellite73

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could mean "three times a number" then "add 4" probably not though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thnx

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

thanks guys! I have more if you guys don't mind

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):

last one! :)

OpenStudy (gabebae):

B again

OpenStudy (gabebae):

You're subtracting 3 so it's fewer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

B

OpenStudy (gabebae):

It's the only one that makes sense..

OpenStudy (mrcoolguy):
