I have a hard time comprehending/understanding this question..... I need immediate help.. :/ Is it asking me what quadrant those angles falls in??
Can someone show me these two problems on a graph.. I think they fall in Q1 and Q4 but I'm not sure..

It does mention it as "given angles" I'm confused now
