A person makes $3400 a month after taxes and monthly bills are deducted. It is suggested that a person pay at most 40% of this amount on their mortgage. Following this advice, how large of a mortgage payment can they afford? NOT SURE OF MY ANSWER $1360

yes that is correct 405 of 3400 0f = multiply .4 x 3400 = 1360
