x=3 and x=7, local maximum as from the graph
@jango_IN_DTOWN it doesn't accept x=3 and x=7 as a local maximum
oh sorry its the graph of f'(x)

sorry not x=8. local max x=2,6
yeah x=4 is local minima
and the local minimum would be x=4?
