Is it possible for someone to have 222 SS?

I clicked on a math question and instead of getting that math question, I saw someone (forgot what the name was) with a 222 SS. His Icon color was green. The post was all combined and meshed, so I couldn't read what was posted. I thought that if I reloaded, it would come up visible.
After I reloaded, the math question I had clicked on had come up and this 222 SS man's post had disappeared .
