m = 2/-1
m = -2

(y-7) = 2(x-(-3))
y-7 = 2x + 6
y = 2x + 13

m = 4/-2
m = -2

(y-5) = -2(x-0)
y-5 = -2x
y = -2x + 5

I got slightly different for the first but I rushed it a bit so I'll double check
