Need Help with 2 multiple choice geometry Questions-- Questions are inside

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think first ones going to be cand second one c to

@johnweldon1993

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

What do you have for answers @LetsLearn2000 :) I'll see what they are but I want to know if you know how to do it :)

OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):

Use special right triangles

OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):

The reason it shows 20 degrees at the top, is that so you can know what the angle is for that top part of the triangle, so you can determine which special right triangle formula to use.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I haven't started solving at all. I haven't done these problems in a while till today so I'm trying to remember the steps lol

OpenStudy (shadowlegendx):

Thatʻs my at a glance thought anyway

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

|dw:1447293319065:dw| Tell me what the angle inside the triangle at the top will be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Acute

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

No I meant the actual measure :) Let me slow it down though |dw:1447293438860:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ohh lol the whole measure. Yeah it'd be 90 degrees.

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

So if I put a line...at 20 degrees like this: |dw:1447293518263:dw| What is the other measure labeled ??? going to be? knowing they add to 90
