Im pretty sure its Irony/sarcasm.

Umm.. Because hes talking about his health like he cares but he doesnt since hes planning to kill him and does.. Sorry its 12 in the morning and I read this in August. Trying to help.

OpenStudy (destinyyyy):

Verbal Irony and foreshadowing (Ironic because Montresor tells Fortunato to go back that his health is precious and that he will be missed if something should happen to him. Yet Montresor is plotting his death. Foreshadowing because The quote "you are happy as I once was" is a foreshadowing of the revenge that is about to be inflicted)

Hope that helps. If not type the quote into google and a bunch of links will pop up. Im sure that the answer is irony. If by some chance its not, send your teacher or professor an email explaining why you think your answer is correct. Most teachers or professors will give you the point if your explanation is good.
