i think i might be able to integrate 1+cos theta from pi/4 to 3pi/4, then multiply by 2 for symmetry?

haha got it with 1 minute to spare wow, it was integral of (1+cos(x))^2 from pi/4 to 5pi/4

interesting question. I understand that you start integration from pi/4. but how did you get 5pi/4
