your last number is your y intercept (Where y crosses 0 on the vertical line) if the slope is 1/5. and your at (2,-2) you have to get to zero by going up by 2/5. Not sure if that makes sense. so your y intercept is 2_2/5 which as an improper fraction is 12/5
