No one is helping me in Health/Science so here goes: Janna used to go biking every other afternoon with her sister, but she had to stop this because she started an afterschool job. What consequence will Janna experience over time if she does not find a similar activity to replace the biking? Decrease in aerobic capacity Decrease in range of motion Decrease in muscular strength Decrease in blood pressure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@robtobey can you help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Decrease in aerobic capacity, a pure guess. Sorry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok : / I'm only guessing muscle strength because once your body is on a certain path, and you suddenly stop, your going to loose what you gained and you gained muscle strength

OpenStudy (jazzyluvsu123):

Decrease in aerobic capacity If you run everyday for a month, your aerobic capacity will go up because you are building endurance. If you stop running for a month, your aerobic capacity will decrease because you are not keeping up your endurance.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok are you sure and can you help me on another question?

OpenStudy (jazzyluvsu123):

Im Sure and Of course ! :]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh you do it thru books I don't xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (jazzyluvsu123):

Yoga has a stress reducing effect, aerobics is likely to be a method to push over the patient due to her 'extremely high' aspect. likely sleep, but too much sleep and not doing very light exercise will have no benefit. so yoga can be the best choice.
