Jarvis works in a garage £6 an hour. If he works on Saturday, he is paid time and a quarter. If he works on Sunday, he is paid time and a half Last weekend Jarvis worked for six hours on Saturday and five hours on Sunday. How much more Jarvis paid last weekend altogether?

first step is to figure out how much he earns per hour on Saturday and Sunday "time and a quarter" means 6 + (0.25)(6) = ?

good, do you think you can figure out what "time and a half" means?
Does it mean that every hour you work , you get paid for one and a half hours ? Other way, I have simply no idea XD
