OpenStudy (jchick):

solve the 2nd equation, for "x" to find "x" once you find "x", plug it in 3x - 45 to see what that angle is then equate THAT to 4y-1 and solve for "y

OpenStudy (jchick):

what do you get for "x" from (2x + 5) + (3x - 45) = 180 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got x=44
