so start your essay with a main sentence explaining what this essay is going to be about. what your topic is and just a description about it so this should be a paragraph
then have 3 more paragraphs explaining the pros and cons
then just another paragraph telling your opinion and what you think should happen

so some pros are:
- everyone is more relaxed listening to music
- everyone can have the homework on there phones
- are able to communicate with peers for help in and out of school

cons:
- might become a distraction
- less work will get done
- no ones paying attention everyones on there phone

so this is just one idea and some pros and cons so in the 3 body paragraphs just explain more into the pros and cons
