I just took the test and I was wrong the answer was B. Denying your own feelings and making excuses. I am surprised. She says passive communicators hold back true feelings and go along with other people to keep the peace and avoid any type of confrontation. People who display passive behaviors may criticize themselves and apologize a lot.
