My first poem on here, here goes. Who owns the night Who rules the sky Who causes fear with its terrible cry The light is gone, all fades to black At night he sounds his frightful call For the great night hunter is gliding back Upon his wing the slightest glow Of the pale moonlight beginning to show With the the eyes as sharp as jagged rock No creature would this killer mock The talons grasp it's meaty prey As scented pines bend and sway
