there is no real thing as absolute location - everything we locate is located with reference to some arbitrary datum point. 'exact' - first of all where are you starting from ? 'new york city' is a big place. Also do you know where it is east or west? you are only told it is south of NYC does it tell you anything about the longitude (which way does longitude measure around the world??) if you have a little think, and answer those questions, then I think the answer will be clear to you
