1. Rewrite the expression by factoring out (v-4)

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

\[5v^2(v-4)-3(v-4)\]

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

I got \[(v-4)(5v^2-3) \]

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

Not sure if it's right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry its fun

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

Lol, It's okay. @brendon784

OpenStudy (chrperez28):

=(5v2)(v)+(5v2)(−4)+(−3)(v)+(−3)(−4) =5v3+−20v2+−3v+12 Answer: =5v3−20v2−3v+12

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

Yeah I got that when I solved but is asking to rewrite the expression the same as solving? That's where I am confused.

OpenStudy (mrnood):

@Unofficialllyy your first posted answer was correct

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

Because it's not asking to solve, right?

OpenStudy (mrnood):

There is nothing to solve : it is an expression, not an equation

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

Right. Thank you.

OpenStudy (unofficialllyy):

And thank you @chrperez28 for trying!
