OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

State the domain of the rational function: f(x) = 13/(10-x)

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

I have multiple choice, and I know it's either "all real numbers except 10", or "all real numbers except 10 or -10". Will medal, please I need help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

understand it first-- which x values will make this equation have an error when i put it into a calculator? the only situation in this case is when you enter 1/0. So basically, all values of x but where x makes the equation invalid is the domain.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in other words "all real numbers except 10." lol

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

So "all real numbers except 10", right? Because 10-(-10) is 20

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

Oh yeah lol, thank you!
