If there is no base specified, the log is by default in base 10.

So we have

\[\Large 0.58 = \log_{10}(x)\]

convert to exponential form to get

\[\Large x = 10^{0.58} = ???\]

use a calculator to compute 10^(0.58) and tell me what you get
