OpenStudy (green_1):

what is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I will tell you in a few mins

OpenStudy (green_1):

ok

OpenStudy (jebonna):

I do not think A is the right answer, as saturated fats are bad due to their chemical structure. They have no double bonds and they have no gaps in their structure making it a lot harder for the body to break those particular fats down into something useful. Saturated fats are mostly stored as fat on the body as it cannot break them down. I would say the answer is unsaturated fats (B), as they have double bonds and gaps in their structure making them easier for the body to break down and use for energy etc.
