Here you're given the slope of the line in question, along with a point through which the line passes. Use the "point-slope" formula for the equation of a straight line: y-k = m(x-h), where (h, k) is the given point and m is the given slope.
Once you've done that, you could solve this equation for y if necessary.
There is a website called Desmos, which allows you to graph easily if you want to do it that way
