m not sure if this is the right place to ask my question, but this said health so heres my question. Here lately Ive been having really bad headaches, then after the headaches pass I get bad nosebleeds, I have also been having dizzy spells and I've been super tired. Should I seek immediate medical attention or just see my primary doctor? or do nothing?
*i'm
Do you eat properly? like breakfast lunch and dinner?
How long has it been going on? Have you inhaled any chemicals (if you do chemistry or something) or hit your head hard recently?
yea, it could be low blood sugar or if you around any chemicals recently like @jebonna said
Does your family have any history of high blood pressure? That could be what's causing it, so if you haven't inhaled chemicals or hit your head or anything like that it could be high blood pressure or anemia (both treatable) however I wouldn't panic. Depending on how long its been going on I'd suggest booking an appointment with your GP (as long as the appointment is not longer than around 1/2 weeks) and talk to them about it to see if they can help your problem in any way. In the mean time I think the best thing to do it take it easy :)
well, anyways if that continues, you should probably try to schedule a checkup with your local doctor :) Hope you feel better
Yes I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think I might have inhaled some chemicals because I helped my aunt clean a house and we used cleaning stuff like windex and other sprays
@fedorable @jebonna
You should book an appointment with your GP as long as it doesn't take too long, but if the appointment is around 1/2 weeks away I'd recommend going to hospital to a drop in centre and seeing if they think you need to be seen the same day. If it gets worse and the nosebleeds get more frequent you should just go straight to a drop in centre to see if you can be checked out. How long has it been going on for?
about a week, im only 15 though.
Well you should definitely book an appointment asap, just to be on the safe side. If your nose bleeds go on longer than about 20 mins or if you think your symptoms are getting worse then go to a drop in centre. Apart from that I wouldn't panic too much. You spotted it early before it's gotten worse so you have time, you never know it could clear up itself whilst you're waiting for an appointment. If you're concerned to whether its getting better or worse, you could always keep a diary and write down when you get a nosebleed and a headache and that way you could track whether they are getting more frequent or if its getting better. Also in the time being if you need to take pain killer you can as long as its not aspirin because aspirin can make nosebleeds worse. I hope you feel better soon :)
Before you do anything try drinking a table spoon of coconut oil for about 15 days. It should help is this does not help get is cauterized. I just got my nose cauterized. It hurts for a few days but i have not had nosebleeds ever since. Good luck hope you get better. :D
Thank you
