A Jacksonian Democracy I believed focused more on the common man because of the introduction of the popular vote. It changed the requirements to vote by taking off the requirement for people to own land making all white males eligible to vote. The Jacksonian Democracy also focused on agriculture more than industry. The Jacksonian Democracy abhorred Henry Clay's American System and therefore he vetoed the bank.
