Dominant always goes first. In peas the purple is dominant and is a capital P. Pink is a recessive trait and is denoted by a p. Which order would they go in?

Okay an edit to the previous. If it expresses the recessive gene that means it has to have two of that gene. So if white/pink is a lower case p then what would our alleles be?
