I need help please :) I'm really bad a physics and I'm stuck with this worksheet :( I'll fan and medal Each year at a college, there is a tradition of having a hoop rolling competition. Alex rolls his 0.25 kg hoop down the course. If the hoop has a radius of 0.5 m, what is the moment of inertia of Alex’s rolling hoop? A particular planet has a moment of inertia of 9.74 × 1037 kg•m2 and a mass of 5.98 × 1024 kg. Based on these values, what is the planet’s radius? Jessica stretches her arms out 0.6 m from the center of her body while holding a 2 kg mass in each hand. She then spins around on an ice rink at 1.1 m/s. What is the combined angular momentum of the masses? If she pulls her arms in to 0.15 m, what is her linear speed if the angular momentum remains constant? @ganeshie8 @zepdrix @Vocaloid @imqwerty @Whitemonsterbunny17 @spacemountain
start by posting a possible solution to part (a)
??
okay thanks
I'm not sure what to start with
Do you need help still?
@magicremix123 Yes please !
okay, let me write it out :)
I am having hard doing this myself...
okay thank you, yeah its tough
@irishBoy123 I'm not sure what to start with
for the first \(I = mr^2\)
what do i plug in for I?
plug m and r into the formula i posted. that's all :p
