Graph the following equations using the point-slope method. Graph the point from the equation in yellow, your other points in red and your line in blue. y - 7 = -3(x + 2) Can someone show me what this will look like?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

the equation tells us that (-2,7) will be a point on the graph, so plot this point in yellow the slope is -3, so start at (-2,7), go right 1 unit, then down 3 units and plot another point in red

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

Oh ok great thank you very much!!

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

that should be it, I made a typo in the other one

OpenStudy (abbycross167):

Oh haha I was wondering about that, but it's ok! Thank you for your help
