i think its b it could be a, but he may have little fish that couldnt hurt anything it could be c, but he could go buy new fish whenever he wanted to it could be d, but there wouldnt be enough ph balancer in a little tank to change the identity of the lakes water.

yea i think its B cuz the water canal must be having chlorine dissolved in it and this chlorine will kill the fishes
