1) The teacher is not behaving professionally when giving this sort of judgmental rhetoric. However, we can do nothing to change what other people do, we can only share how we feel about it and our wishes that they will stop. 2) Drawing in class is not ok, unless you are in an art class or on break. 3) Perceptions are based on the psychology and experiences of the person you are interacting with. To a large group of society, Pentacles do represent witchcraft or demonic activities. Often because groups such as devil worshipers and witches use such imagery regularly. The color red, combined with this image makes it look more ominous. What they are missing is that you have drawn here a Star of David which is a long standing symbol of the Jewish faith and love of God. 4) The response they are looking for is your frustration, be calm and offer them a different way of understanding your drawing. :)
