What should i know about heredity patterns ?

OpenStudy (safyousuff97):

@sammyalabamy

OpenStudy (sammyalabamy):

most of the time, mothers are carriers and boys are more likely to get hereditary disorders than girls

OpenStudy (safyousuff97):

oh ok what is a hereditary disorder ?

OpenStudy (safyousuff97):

did u take flvs?

OpenStudy (sammyalabamy):

i take vlacs but use flvs material. a hereditary disorder is something like color blindness.

OpenStudy (safyousuff97):

oh ok is that all or is there more

OpenStudy (sammyalabamy):

there are more hereditary disorders but i dont know them off the top of my head or i dont know how to spell them

OpenStudy (safyousuff97):

oh no not about that i meant about knowing more about the heredity patterns

OpenStudy (sammyalabamy):

well, like i said females are mainly carriers when the disorder is in the x chromosome but males are mainly the ones who get the disorder because, as opposed to females who have 2 x chromosomes, males only need one x chromosome

OpenStudy (safyousuff97):

oh ok thnx :)
