It is a proven fact that the body does not need fat. Fat is bad for the body and has a direct correlation to many health problems. C. No. Saturated fats and trans fats have great health benefits to the body. D. No. Polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats (such as olive oil, canola oil, soybean oil, and corn oil) have positive effects on the body. E. No. Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats have positive effects on the body.

@Gideon.Hill Cheese has calcium, fats and carbs which aren't bad. But if you mean like a cheeseburger with 5 pounds of cheese on top, I can see how it would be fattening...

Just the dairy..... LIke for me dairy is bad for me so i cant have any dairy
