OpenStudy (babynini):

Limits, extrema, etc. Please check my work..

OpenStudy (babynini):

Terrible lighting, sideways..i know. Sorry!!

OpenStudy (babynini):

lol my failed attempt at making the lighting better :/ xD

OpenStudy (babynini):

@zepdrix this is the one we did a few days ago. I simplified a few things and I think it's all good now.. o.o I understand if you'd rather not. For real.

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Woahhh there missy +_+ This is not a polynomial.

OpenStudy (babynini):

sht. where?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Part e) about half way down. `And, Considering this is a polynomial`

OpenStudy (babynini):

o part e?

OpenStudy (babynini):

can I just erase that and it will be good? lol please say yes xP

zepdrix (zepdrix):

You can probably erase it, and put some similar justification in it's place, yes :) Thinking.. umm

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Oh, well notice at the start of e), you said Domain: \(\rm \mathbb R\) (Not sure how you justified it, but you said it hehe, and it's true) That is enough to say that no vertical asymptotes exist, because all x's are in the domain of the function.

OpenStudy (babynini):

hm hm ok, so can I just erase the entire part from "and....no horizontal or vertical" and say instead "Because all x's are in the domain of the function, and the domain is : R, we can conclude that there are no vertical asymptotes. " or something?

zepdrix (zepdrix):

You could maybe take one small step and justify how you came up with that domain. Maybe something like umm.... "This function is an odd root, which is defined for all real numbers" Nah scratch that, that seems unnecessary >.< Erase the domain R above, Erase the part about "polynomial" and the work below it, and replace it with... "Since the domain of this function is all real numbers, no vertical asymptotes will exist." Maybe something like that. When I said, `all x's are in the domain of the function`, that's the exact same thing as saying domain: R. So you're kind of repeating yourself :) Sorry for confusing you hehe

OpenStudy (babynini):

ah ok ok I see what you are saying

zepdrix (zepdrix):

The limits + sentence about horizontal asymptotes seems perfect :)

OpenStudy (babynini):

okies, let me revisee

OpenStudy (babynini):

OpenStudy (babynini):

lol. the later it gets the crappier my hand writing gets D:

zepdrix (zepdrix):

haha :D

zepdrix (zepdrix):

Oh small typo I think? The limits for the horizontal asymptotes should totes include (6-x) in them, not (6-3) right?

OpenStudy (babynini):

ahh! yes! thank you o.o

zepdrix (zepdrix):

yay good job \c:/

OpenStudy (babynini):

omw. thank you soo much :}
