A law where when the elements are arranged in order of their atomic numbers they end up showing a periodic difference of atomic structure and of most of their properties. I hope that helps (≧∇≦)/

Mendeleev's law, also called periodic law stated as the properties of the elements are periodic functions of their atomic numbers. or With Moseley's contribution the Periodic Law can be restated: Similar properties recur periodically when elements are arranged according to increasing atomic number. In simple, The principle stating that the properties of the elements recur periodically as their atomic numbers increase @R5lover1997
