A Statement, not a Prediction
B Oh, she will, will she? Sounds like a prediction.
C More guidance than prediction. You're trying to scare me, not just make me watch.
D Introduction, not a Prediction.

Personally, I'm tempted by C, but leaning strongly toward B.
