NEED HELP PLEASE SOS Wendy is looking over some data regarding the strength, measured in Pascals (Pa), of some rope and how the strength relates to the number of woven strands in the rope. The data are represented by the exponential function f(x) = 2x, where x is the number of woven strands. Explain how she can convert this equation to a logarithmic function when strength is 256 Pascals.
note: 2^x
Okay the number of woven strands in the rope. The data are represented by the exponential function f(x) = 2x ----------- 2x is not exponential. It's linear.
Hope this helped! Have a great day! Also a medal would be much appreciated! Just click best response next to my answer. Thank You! @annamdouglas
What do I put as my answer?
i wish i knew, the questions makes absolutely no sense to me but since \[2^8=256\] maybe they want you to say \[\log_2(256)=8\]
I don't understand logarithms at all this is so hard lol
Seriously, please give the topic of logs extra time. Then it'd seem less hard. Practice!
