HELP MEDAL GIVEN!!!

A lift ascends with an acceleration of 1.5ms-2, then moves at a constant speed and then decelerates at 1ms-2. A package of mass 20kg stands on the floor of the lift during the motion. Find the magnitude it exerts on the floor of the lift (which has the same magnitude as the normal reaction) at each stage.
