I can see how to get the A"B"C" by another 2 transformation after the reflection over the x-axis but that will be a total of 3 transformations... They would be 2 translations - 1 to the right and 3 upwards.

after the reflection in the axis there is another 2 transformations A translation of i unit to the right (+1) a translation of 3 units up. (+3)
