I like it! Lovely colours, really matches the background you've chosen, also loving the fact that its based off of Doctor Who. Favourite show right there haha
Maybe it would look better if you tried a thicker line art instead of thin lines for line art, it gives a more cartoonier feel.

[This is if you want to be a little realistic, but still cartoony]
For hair, instead of black outline it could be a darker shade of red and blend a little in, this could be applied to clothing and skin. :)

It looks good .. The character is fine But I didn't like the background .. u could use a simple cartoonic backgound and use some light effects to give it a detective look ;) u could use some shadows too :)

yes i did!! with a little help from a friend!! basically she sketched it and i used what i liked from the sketch and did everything else! so basically it was a collab :) @RainbowBrony555
