Could someone help me with these two questions? The range of all real numbers x such that 2x − 5 < 7 and 4x + 10 > 6 is AnswerS: (-1,6) (-Infinity,infinity) set as empty (6,-1) The range of all real numbers x such that 2x − 5 < 7 or 4x + 10 > 6 is Answers: (-1,6) (-Infinity,infinity) set as empty (6,-1)

OpenStudy (rhr12):

B) (-infinity, infinity) , is the answer. 2x-5<7 You can plug in any value of x, to the inequality, starting from minus infinity up to positive 5, and gives back an answer less than 7. 4x+10>6 You can plug in any values of x to the inequality, starting from 0 up to plus infinity, and gives back an answer more than 6.
