OpenStudy (stuck-help):

what info do you need to prove a triangle is conguent by SAS

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

easy: SAS Postulate (Side-Angle-Side) states that if two sides and the included angle of one triangle are congruent to the corresponding parts of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent.

OpenStudy (alexandervonhumboldt2):

thus we need to know 2 pairs of equal sides and a pair of equal angles.

OpenStudy (stuck-help):

so what about on this i need a pair of angles and another side that are the same

OpenStudy (stuck-help):

@alexandervonHumoldt2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have 2 sides... the ones with the marks are congruent, i.e., BC = CD. also, AC is congruent to itself (reflexive property of congruence). what you need is <BCA = <DCA i'm not seeing anything that guarantees this. is there any additional info?

OpenStudy (stuck-help):

nope and i turned it in already
