Could someone please help me?? Im struggling with this ts Which logarithmic function has x = 5 as its vertical asymptote and (6, 0) as the x-intercept? (x is the variable.) The logarithmic function is f(x) = log ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if the vertical asymptote is \(x=5\) it is something like \[\log_b(x-5)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank you @satellite73

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yw that shifts the graph to the right 5 units

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but how would i type that on an online test?? do you know

OpenStudy (anonymous):
