Correct. (2, -1) is on the dashed segment. Points located there are not part of the inequality solution.
Where does the boundary line cut the x-axis?
I thought the x-intercept is 1 but now it appears to be slightly to the left of one. What do you think? The line is falling so it has a negative slope. That fact eliminates 2 options.
