#3 a^4 - b^4 is the difference of two squares and will factor again. After that, one of the two resulting factors is the difference of two squares and will factor yet again.

On #2, a^2 - b^2 will factor again as the difference of two squares. Also, I am wondering why you choose to factor the initial expression as the difference of two cubes and not the difference of two squares, each of the resulting factors being the sum or difference of cubes and factorable again. @Cherryboa
