If you rub a balloon on a piece of fabric or carpeting and then hold it against your head, your hair can stand on end. Use what you have learned in this lesson to explain why this happens

I will try to help you. :D So, you know that objects with the same charge REPEL each other. On the other hand, objects with opposite charges (positive and negative) ATTRACT each other. Since you are putting a balloon on your head, and your hair tries to ''touch'' it by standing up, what can you say about the charges of the objects? Sorry if I can't tell you directly. Pooja195 has warned me not to give direct answers, even though I gave a bit of explanation for a problem. I want to make sure you understand this. :D
