Question

I KNOW THIS ISN'T A CATEGORY FOR THIS BUT IM FREAKING OUT AND NEED ANSWERS.

Okay so I went to bed super early because I was upset with my parents. To be exact I went to bed at 8:16 pm, and it's 12:21 am and I'm freaking the hell out. Okay so I was in a deep sleep and I always cuddle my dog when I'm asleep (she loves to cuddle and it helps me sleep better). I woke up, I was hugging her in the process, and in my head I said something that I cannot remember then I counted down from 3. "3...2...1.." her head picked up for at least 3 seconds then it hit somewhat hard on my arm then it slid down

back onto the bed. I was so freaked out !! Not only did I predict what was going to happen, and counted it down, but I honestly thought she did. I checked her heart, and she looked at me and she was okay...I have searched the internet and I'm completely lost at to what has happened....Do any of you know what happened ..?

Yes, I thought she died, because I counted down and her head was up for the longest couple of seconds ever, and it hit so hard onto my arm then slid onto the bed. Its not normal so I thought she was dead

I dont think I was lucid dreaming because it wasnt a dream, I was already awake

she was already asleep ... she sleeps all the time, so I damn well know this was weird
