20. What is meant by “selective pressure” and how does it lead to evolution?

selective pressure is the famine in my lion example, it is environmental changes that favors some traits ( the strong muscle) and disfavor the opposite. Hence evolution occurs becuase certian groups, the ones with favored traits, can adapt better to this selective pressure
